Taxes: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and will be added to your order total where applicable, in accordance with local laws.

Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. Discounts and offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on SoftLuis.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received it.
Order Processing: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, even after the order confirmation is sent. This may occur if the product is unavailable, there are errors in the pricing or payment details, or due to any other reasons.
Availability: While we make every effort to ensure that our inventory is accurate, some products may be out of stock or discontinued. If a product you’ve ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
4. Payment Methods

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available, but we may expand this in the future.
6. Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@softluis.com or call (619) 479-3547. We will make every effort to cancel the order before it is shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
7. Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. This process typically takes 7-10 business days.
8. Damaged or Defective Products

9. Limitation of Liability
- SoftLuis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your purchase or use of our products. We are only responsible for the amount paid for the product, excluding any additional shipping, handling, or third-party fees.

- SoftLuis reserves the right to modify this sales policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
